I want to start a frequently asked questions page. Actually, two pages or two sub pages.

One page will be about our services. Who are we? Who can we help? What can we help with? How do we help? How to get help? If we can’t help, who can?

One page would be about common legal situations for consumers and self-represented litigants. Perhaps it should be split into substantive topics and procedural topics. I don’t know if the distinction will make a ton of sense to self-represented people. The idea that correct procedure is required even if you are “obviously right” and even though you’re not a lawyer is hard to explain sometimes.

These might be blog posts that then get categorized as FAQs by topic.
